What We Build
AI powered platforms: Most of what we build are platforms that your business runs on, the management reporting, the interaction with your clients, the day to day operations and we connect it to your internal systems too.
AI agents: We build ai agents that read your documents using natural language processing and answer questions from your own data. We build in the workflow, the permissions and the approvals and ensure a human is in the loop when needed.

How We Deliver
Strategy and prototype first: We start with who is going to use it, what it needs to do for them and what data you have available. Then we build a rapid prototype alongside a working version of the ai, so you can validate everything before we build further.
Model agnostic with evals: We use whichever model fits the product, GPT, Claude, Gemini or an open source model like Mistral where cost or data privacy matter more. We build evals in from the start so when a better model comes out we swap it and prove it is better on your own use cases without touching the rest of the product.
Human in the loop: Where artificial intelligence is required to make important decisions, we build in approvals and permissions so a human has to sign off anything commercial or regulatory before the agents complete. We ensure that there is always an audit trail of what the ai did and why.
Secure by design: A secure cloud setup, controls against prompt injection and hallucination and data security. We have built products in regulated industries so risk management is part of all our builds.
Cost control and observability: We track the cost per query, per agent and per user from the first prototype and we can see every step the ai takes once the product is live. This is what often decides the pricing of the product for your customers and we like to give you that clarity.
No black boxes: You own the product, the code and the documentation and we show your team how it all works before we finish. We believe that nobody should be locked into an ai company to keep their own product running.

The interface is changing and we believe most companies are still building the traditional way.
Until recently if you wanted your team to have software you built a web app or a mobile app and everyone had to learn it and adopt a new behaviour. We believe that today this is no longer the case. The next interface is text and voice, so your team can ask a question in WhatsApp or Teams and get the answer from your own data, your finance team can have the ai as a plugin inside the Excel sheet and your customers can simply talk to the product.
That means we will often tell a client they do not need an app they came to us for. We often put the ai inside the tools the business already uses and we have found this gets it into people’s hands far quicker and it gets used because nobody has had to change how they work.
We still build web apps and mobile apps where its the natural interface for the product and audience, but we believe the businesses that get the most from ai will be the ones who think about the interface first.

How complex can projects get?
Very. We have built multi country fraud detection for a financial services business and a threat intelligence platform that ingests hundreds of sources in real time. Complexity has never been the problem, a lack of clarity is, so we map the development process out properly, prototype early and keep the ai engineers sat next to the software developers so the ai model and the product it lives in are built together.
What do you actually build?
This really depends on your problem. We are a custom software development company as much as an ai one, so it can be a platform your business runs on, a product you take to market, a generative ai system for document work or an ai agent that sits across the tools. We have built image analysis for tourism, data analytics for finance and full products from scratch for startups.
Can you work with our systems?
Yes absolutely, that’s most of what we do. Our ai development services usually mean we integrate ai into your existing technology rather than replacing it, whether that is a CRM, an ERP or a set of spreadsheets. We have put natural language processing (NLP) into a client’s CRM, connected agents across three systems and built ai driven automation on top of a fifteen-year-old database.
Do you only do AI?
No not at all. We are a software development company with a full team across mobile, web and platform work as well as ai. We find that having both under one roof means we can flex depending on what your project needs. Sometimes the answer to a complex challenge is a well built piece of software development that has no need for artificial intelligence.
How do you start a project?
Always with questions and lots and lots of them. We want to understand your business goals, your business and its day to day operations, what data you hold and who is going to be using what we build. Most of the strategic thinking happens in this first stage and the brief usually changes because of it.
Will AI actually help us?
Sometimes yes and sometimes no, and we have told clients their problem needed a better process over an ai implementation. Where it does have a natural and obvious fit we have found the difference is significant, the reporting that took a team days takes minutes, the customer gets an answer at any time of day or night. We build practical ai solutions that are measured on what they were meant to do.

Over the years there is probably not a sector that we have not worked in. We are proud to have worked in healthcare, finance, retail, education, energy and the security sector. We have built countless platforms from fraud detection systems for financial services through to ai automations for supply chain operations.
Do you build generative AI?
Yes absolutely. Our generative ai development covers document creation, customer service, content drafting and data analysis. We have delivered it in healthcare where the boundaries on what the model is allowed to say are very restricted. We use it where it creates measurable business outcomes like time saved or insight that was buried in rows in your database.
How do you handle data security?
We have worked with plenty of CISO teams, undergone countess pen tests, so security is not our first rodeo. We bake security into the foundations of every project. We work with Google Cloud, AWS and Azure and where the data is sensitive we keep the processing inside your own cloud on self-hosted models. Every agent is permission scoped, every action is logged and we build controls against prompt injection and hallucination as standard, which is what regulated industries expect and what most ai projects should have anyway under the EU AI Act.

As founders ourselves, we care about what happens to you and your product after we deliver. Plenty of the top ai development companies can write good code. The difference is that we think about you at the board meeting, the product owner’s next promotion and the founder who is spending their own money. Do you support after launch?
Yes absolutely and clients often retain us after the product is live. It’s only at launch where we get to see real users doing real things with the app like what they use, what they ignore and where they get frustrated. We have retainer packages that cover project management, bug fixes, new features and keeping the models current as emerging technologies move on.
How long do projects take?
This really depends on what you are asking us to build. A chat interface over your existing data can take eight to twelve weeks from prototype to live. Then a full bespoke SaaS product can take a lot longer. We always provide you with a realistic timeline after the first few conversations and we do not start the clock until we are both clear on what is being built.
